Data Collection on This Website
Some of your data is collected because you provide it to us. This may be, for example, data you enter into a contact form. Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website.
2. Hosting
Server Log Files
The hosting provider collects the following in log files: IP address, address of the previously visited website, date and time of the request, time zone difference to GMT, content of the request, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, website from which the request originates, browser and operating system.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website).
3. Dockfit Download and Newsletter
Download notification
When you download our app Dockfit, you can optionally enter an email address. For every download we receive an internal notification with the time, the language of the page and, if provided, the email address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding how our software is distributed). We delete these notifications once they are no longer needed for this purpose.
Newsletter with confirmation
If you would like to receive news about Dockfit and BARNICOM, you first receive an email with a confirmation link (double opt-in). Only after you click it is your address added to our mailing list. As proof we store the time of confirmation, the IP address and the language. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting us (contact details in the legal notice).
Sending and management
We send these emails via the service Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Berlin, Germany) as a processor. We manage the mailing list in our Odoo system. The download form does not set any cookies.

Rectification & Erasure
You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data or the completion of your data. You also have the right to erasure.
