When the alternative is not a fit
Not every automation belongs on your own servers. We point out limitations beforehand, for example with:
- workflows that rely heavily on Microsoft services such as SharePoint lists or Dataverse
- desktop automation of legacy applications without an interface
- very few, simple workflows where your own server does not pay off

What is n8n?
n8n is a workflow automation platform from Berlin. Workflows are built visually, hundreds of services are ready to use and custom integrations can be added.
Is n8n open source?
n8n follows a so-called fair-code model. The source code is open to view and running it for your own company is free. Reselling it as a service to third parties is restricted.
Can we migrate our Zaps?
Workflows are rebuilt in n8n, there is no automatic import. As a rule all steps can be reproduced, often more clearly than before.
When is a custom integration better?
For large data volumes, complex rules or workflows that must run with absolute reliability. We regularly build integrations between ERP, shop and accounting.
What does the switch cost?
It depends on the number of workflows, the systems involved and data volume. You receive a proposal after the assessment.
